The Service

CREATE FUN INC operates Creative Fun, a free web service for eligible United States TikTok Shop creators to discover products, compare available commissions and manage authorized showcase links. These terms apply to your use of this service. Contact us with questions before using it.

Your Account and Permissions

Use only an account you own or are authorized to manage, and comply with the eligibility requirements and rules of TikTok and TikTok Shop. Keep access to your account secure. We do not receive your TikTok password.

TikTok account sign-in and TikTok Shop authorization are separate permissions. Basic TikTok login does not by itself grant access to a showcase. We access Shop data only through the permissions you grant. Signing out of Creative Fun does not revoke TikTok Shop access.

Commission and Link Updates

When you click Find & update links, you approve that run to scan and automatically replace eligible existing product links with Creative Fun promotion links at a verified higher or equal commission. A same-rate switch changes agency attribution without increasing your commission. This action does not add or remove products. Preview only does not submit changes.

Displayed rates, availability and activity status may change. Final eligibility, attribution, orders and commission settlement are determined by TikTok Shop and the applicable seller or campaign. We do not guarantee commission increases, product sales, earnings or uninterrupted API access. Unconfirmed changes are not treated as successful.

Optional Agency Management

If you separately opt in, authorized Creative Fun staff may view your showcase, add eligible agency products and update links while you are offline. Existing products are not removed and commission rates are not lowered. This permission is optional, off by default and valid for up to 30 days within your current Shop authorization. Stop future staff actions in Account settings or revoke access through TikTok Shop. Completed changes are not undone by stopping access.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to access another person's account without permission, bypass access controls, extract credentials, abuse APIs, manipulate attribution fraudulently or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when necessary to protect accounts, service security or platform compliance.

Privacy and Ending Use

Our Privacy Policy describes the data we process, retention, service providers and deletion options. You may stop using the service at any time. My data in the workspace allows a signed-in creator to request deletion of active Creative Fun data. Platform authorization can be revoked separately through TikTok Shop. Contact us if you cannot access your account.

Availability and Updates

Creative Fun depends on third-party services including TikTok Shop. Outages, expired permissions or platform restrictions may prevent an operation. Do not assume a link was updated unless the result has been verified. We may update the service and these terms, and will publish the revised date here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
