Effective date: May 7, 2025. This Privacy Policy explains how CREATE FUN INC collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when creators use the Creative Fun web application.
Our Data Protection Commitments
- We do not steal, scrape, or access creator data without authorization.
- We use TikTok Shop data only after the creator completes the TikTok Shop authorization flow.
- We use authorized TikTok Shop API scopes only for Creative Fun service features shown to the creator.
- We do not sell creator personal data.
- We do not use creator data for unrelated advertising, resale, or unauthorized profiling.
- We do not add showcase products or links without creator approval.
- We store and process Creative Fun service data controlled by CREATE FUN INC in the United States.
- We limit data access to authorized personnel and service providers who need access to operate or secure the service.
Scope
Creative Fun is a free web tool for TikTok Shop creators in the United States. The service helps creators connect their TikTok Shop account, review showcase products, compare commission opportunities, and add eligible products only after creator approval.
Information We Collect
We collect information only when a creator uses the service or authorizes access through TikTok Shop.
- TikTok Shop creator authorization information, including tokens or identifiers needed to call TikTok Shop APIs.
- Creator account and affiliate profile information returned by authorized TikTok Shop APIs.
- Showcase product information, commission-related information, affiliate links, and product identifiers returned by authorized TikTok Shop APIs.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, and error logs.
- Communications sent to us for support.
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, health information, or government identification numbers through Creative Fun.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate creators through TikTok Shop authorization.
- Scan and display creator showcase products after authorization.
- Compare available product or commission opportunities.
- Help creators add products or links only after creator approval.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with applicable legal, platform, and security obligations.
TikTok Shop Authorization
Creative Fun uses TikTok Shop APIs only within the scopes authorized by the creator and approved for the Creative Fun application. Creators can revoke authorization through TikTok Shop where supported by TikTok Shop.
Sharing Information
We may share information with TikTok Shop as needed to provide authorized API functionality, service providers that host or operate Creative Fun, professional advisors when reasonably necessary, and authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
Service providers are expected to use information only to provide services to CREATE FUN INC and to apply appropriate security safeguards.
Data Storage and Processing Locations
Creative Fun is hosted at https://app.createfunmcn.com. The application is configured to use Vercel's United States region for application functions. DNS for createfunmcn.com is managed through Alibaba Cloud.
Creative Fun service data controlled by CREATE FUN INC is stored and processed in the United States. The current version does not maintain a separate external database. Authorization cookies may also be stored on the creator's own browser device to keep the creator connected to the service.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or platform obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security. Creator authorization tokens are deleted when no longer needed, when authorization is revoked, or when the creator requests deletion, unless retention is required by law or platform obligations.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Safeguards include HTTPS, restricted access to production credentials, environment variable storage for application secrets, multi-factor authentication where available, least-privilege access, incident response procedures, and data deletion procedures.
Creator Choices and Requests
Creators may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or assistance with account-related data. We review and respond to requests consistent with applicable law, TikTok Shop requirements, and our technical ability.
